Neues Album von A Whisper In The Noise im Frühjahr 2012

Das Label Exile on Mainstream verkündigt die Veröffentlichung eines neuen Albums des Duos West Thordson und Sonja Larson, besser bekannt als A Whisper In The Noise. Der Nachfolger des famosen Dry Land (s. Reviewarchiv) hört auf den Namen To Forget und erscheint am 27. Februar 2012. Wie üblich auf LP genauso wie auf CD. Ab dem 20. April begibt sich die Band auch auf eine fünfwöchige Europatour.
Die Plattenfirma umschreibt das neue Album recht blümerant folgendermaßen (liest sich am besten im englischen Original):
“Following the approach to songwriting with a somewhat field-inspiring attitude that takes influences not only from music but nature, its power and sounds, "To Forget" took shape over nearly two years. AWITN in 2012 are much more focussed and let sound overtake the talking instead of trying to picture feelings through sound: a certain power of nature to prevail the inner struggles of one's self.
